Google Pixel 4a

Pros

• Now Playing was not working unless I turned the phone screen on (i.e. it would not work on the AOD like it used to on my old Pixel 4a)
• Before this POS iPhone I had a pixel 7a and before that a pixel 4a and both those phones were amazing.
• Parent context: I've always had Androids, starting with HTC (gone now), several Motorola's, then a Pixel 4a and now a Pixel 7. Reply: I loved my Pixel 4a. I kept it too long -- years after it stopped getting security updates -- but final...
• I'd rather have a 5.2" that's good at being a phone; would happily buy a Pixel 4a in 2025 if it had a couple years of OS upgrades.
• currently, I have a Pixel 4a, which I still consider a great phone

Cons

• Right now I'm using a Pixel 4a and waiting for my Zinwa Q25 to hopefully show up early next year.
• I primarily want to improve battery life from my Pixel 4a.

• What if I bought a Pixel 4a or 4 new in an unopened box?
• I have a pixel 4a that's been one of the impacted devices with the latest battery software update, and so the battery is completely toast.. wont last 20 minutes.
