I would lean towards 10a. Call me biased but after using even the flagships of Chinese manufacturers in feel software still needs optimization and some bugs here and there not major but are there.

overall I would lean towards the 10a, unless you do intend to play somewhat intensive games on your phone. the tensor chip is definitely worse in performance in exchange for local AI features on the chip itself.
