• However, the GCP shines best when you stick to medium to full city+ roasts, which are easy to pull and in my opinion taste great, and just kind of ignore temperature surfing all together.
• If I were to double it, I’d get a GCP for the better materials (less plastic etc) and theoretically room for modding if I go down that route
