Pros
- Afaik, AutoCAD, Fusion and several others run natively on Apple M-series as of 2023.
- Have a Jade Harmony from 2012ish and a Fusion from 2021 and they both are going strong with no issues at all.
- I used SolidWorks but Fusion is free and after a couple tutorials it’s pretty straightforward.

- Currently with my M4 Parallels gives the best performance over Fusion or VirtualBox, but if it’s for personal use you cannot beat the price Fusion or VirtualBox.
- Resolve hands down, even though fusion cAan be rough to work in, they are constantly updating and fixing many things.
- Fusion doesn't have as many templates and plugins available as After Effects, but it's quickly catching up.
- Speaking as someone who regularly does work in Fusion on Mac, it's doable but it really really really sucks.

I like to think of Tinkercad as MS Paint with Fusion like Photoshop.
