Hands down best I’ve ever had. Not even close.

Franklins BBQ lives up to the hype and then some for sure!!! ... Def best brisket hands down and it's not even close. Loved his espresso sauce!

Franklin BBQ in Austin (I ate the day before) was on a different level.

I had been to Franklin the day before, brisket was on point.

The best? Franklin in Austin. Get there by 7am and you might have a table by noon.

Yeah you can’t go wrong with Franklins…. Best bbq ever…. I even ordered a brisket online to test the consistency… $260 for a 5lb brisket…… best brisket ever ……. I had to make a trip to Texas to get some paperwork and franklins was down the street and Terry blacks not to far from franklins…. So I spent a little over $500 between the to and asked them to tightly wrapped it up because I was taking this on a plane….. when I got home (2.5 hr flight ) we ate a little and then vacuum sealed everything else and threw it in the freezer….everything was awesome…. From month to month….arguably even better……

Best brisket I’ve had by a mile. La Barbecue was previous tops on my list and Franklin is a clear notch above somehow. We didn’t need sides, just a giant pile of meat. 11/10 and somehow there was no line.
