Burnt Bean

Pros

• Reese bros, 2m and burnt bean are all 10/10 in my book.
• I live in Seguin and I'm so happy we have a world class BBQ joint in Burnt Bean. And it may be sacrilege, but I almost think their turkey is the best thing on the menu. I'm normally not a huge fan of turkey in general, and I CRAVE theirs...

• Loved burnt bean! The meats were awesome, but I loved their sides. Always nice when a place has some unique sides that are top notch.

Cons

• Brisket had a good taste but was dry...think overcooked turkey dry. Had to take a few drinks to be able to get it down.
• Burnt Bean isn't even the best BBQ in Sequin let alone the entire state.
• When I went about 2 years ago, I thought the brisket was very pot-roasty. It was not great. The rest was good, but never blew me away like others places did.
