Fjällräven Kånken

Pros

• I can more more effectively for a weekend in a stupid Kanken then Borealis.
• Kanken is good, because despite also not being padded much, like Raven, the backpack itself is smaller and lighter, which gave me relief.
• I've been using a Kanken as a EDC since 2016 and it's only now starting to show signs of wear (well, apart from some stains or slightly discolouration in the bottom where my back and the backpack have some friction). And I truly mean EDC...
• The only backpack I’ve carried comfortably is the standard Kanken, but it isn’t waterproof and I would like something slightly bigger.
• A regular Kanken is slightly undersized, but it is so common that if they stop you they have to stop the other forty people with Kankens so that is my vote.

Cons

• Fjallraven kanken?
• I'm also thinking about taking the Kanken next year, though probably at 5-kyuu just so I get a feel for the test first.
• Fjallraven Kanken at #24 despite massive popularity - style over function sentiment
• Does the Fjallraven Kanken work for you?
• By far the most common mini backpack I've seen people wearing while traveling is the Fjallraven Kanken. Those things are everywhere, even if they're rather pricey for the size.
