Finspan

Finspan we've had a few playthroughs so far and I'm really enjoying it, seems like the final round is prone to the same spam feature as Wingspan though, but with the extra steps involved in laying eggs, hatching and maneuvering fish it's a lot more interactive and takes more big brain to really maximize so I do appreciate that.

Fin is the lightest of the three and your collection of fish and interactions get on the table quicker. It's the snapieat of the 3 and interaction with other players is higher than that of wing.

Finspan, on the other hand, is the quicker, snappier, streamlined span.

I have played them all, and honestly, my favorite is Finspan. It has a concise clean design.

Well the obvious are Wyrmspan or Finspan. Both games are "spinoffs' and have mechanics in common with Wingspan but also add in new mechanics and challenges.

I like the simplicity of the entry point with 2 available actions each turn, but then that crunch that comes from the movement of the fish, and the timing of diving in the columns at exactly the right time.

I like that it's a bit faster than the other two games. Less mechanically interesting i think, but in exchange it does have the puzzle aspect of the schooling fish, which is also a pretty nice catch up mechanic if someone is behind on end of round points or fish points.

the fish theme totally hooked me. It was definitely the biggest factor in convincing me to get it.
