No this looks like mold please do not use it. Mold can be really dangerous in a eye cream. Maybe contact them about it. Is there a expiration date stamped or printed somewhere?

I have this eye cream and it looks nothing like that! No white specs and is also a much lighter yellow color. Looks like yours has gone bad :(

So many brands do funky things for marketing, so trying to determine if this is a style choice to make it look like snowflakes…. or has this product gone bad?
