Unfortunately EVGA was the best for that out of the ones that did gpus.. they still send me replacement parts for free 5 years later and years after they stopped selling gpus.
I know you shouldnt mix PSU cables but EVGA is one of the PSU companies that supposely allows you to mix and match cables

I had SLI’d 285s, which eventually got warranty replaced with 560s by EVGA (who really were the GOAT).

If you do want to run a modern GPU in your legacy motherboard for the memes, again, I recommend EVGA. I ran a 3070 Ti in a Pentium 4 for shits and giggles and it worked fine (https://imgur.com/a/FIQWhV9) but did have issues with other brands if I recall correctly.
