Epson LS650

Pros

• Ls650 to be safe unless you're certain you don't have issues with rainbow effect
• I bought an epson ls650 on a black Friday sale, and I'm the same boat as you, and the picture quality is honestly fine.
• The LS650 is a great price but doesn’t have the ultra short throw distance of the LS800.
• I just got an Epson LS650 and I’m pretty impressed with the Yamaha built-in speaker.
• I think that the Epson LS650 is a nice upgrade if you can dim the room enough. It's brighter than the HT3550 and handles ambient light better.

Cons

• The only zero rainbow option is the Epson LS800 or LS650 and neither of those are 3D friendly, nor are they the most contrasty for dark room movie watching.
• honestly the candidate for me is the Epson ls650 but its abit bigger than the PT1 and according to reviews, twice as noisy, and Image quality would not reach the PT1 but brightness is higher, here its around 1400usd which is like 500 mor...
• I’m looking at the epson ls650. If it has to go in the center would it be reasonable to let it balance on the small counter space just in front of the sink?
• Been looking at traditional projectors Epson TW6250 / Epson TW7000 vs UST projectors Epson LS650 / Epson LS800.
• I am seriously considering Epson LS650 based on the limited reviews I have seen
