Pros
- I use Duocards for flashcards
- DuoCards - A spaced repetition app. Kind of like Anki but I like it more due to interface, questioning methods and some other extra features.
- DuoCards is a 9.5/10 for me. They have pre-made sets that other people made using website like htsk but you can add your own cards as well. The algorithm for when to review a card is really good imo.
- Duocards app for flashcards
- I also really like duocards (app). You can learn the correct pronunciation by shadowing those cards.
Cons
- Developing basic vocabulary: Clozemaster, BNR languages, LearnMatch, PortuguesePod101, DuoCards. Use an app like Quick Mute with DuoCards though as their ads are annoying.
- Personally I do dualingo and Duocards because are very easy and they are not take a lot time but in a year I didn't see as much results as I thought

I’ve tried a bunch of language apps over the years, but DuoCards is the only one that’s stuck. It feels less repetitive than others and way more fun since it works like a quick flashcard game. ... Overall, it’s been way more practical and less overwhelming than Duolingo or Memrise.

I, personally, use DuoCards. When you're shown a flashcard, you can choose to type your answer, and it will tell you if the spelling is right or not. Keep sending it back to the pile until you can spell the word correctly. I had the same struggle with word spellings, and this helped me immensely.
Download an app like Anki or DuoCards and every time a new vocab word is presented, make a flashcard for it and practice.
