DJI Mic 2

Pros

• I've been happy with the DJI Mic 2. The 32-bit recording has saved my ass a few times and if you shoot Sony the hot shoe adapter makes for a very clean and easy setup. It just works.
• the dji action 4 + dji mic 2 set up is working wonders for me.
• What was even weirder, my lav mic (dji mic 2, reciever connected to my zoom recorder with an adapter) didn't have any of that bleeding.
• DJI pack is light, so it shouldn't be tough to mount.
• Get a mic 2, 3 or mini. They all work great.

Cons

• Both of the devices you mentioned are basically consumer toys. If they record internally and don't clip from all the probable screaming, they could be fine, but if you want radio on this one go with serious wireless.
• I used to use a DJI Mic 2 with the fluffy wind protection, but there are two main problems: 1) I can't seem to hear my voice beyond the thundering roar in the helmet. ... 2) It's unsafe to have something of the form factor of a DJI Mic...
• Would it be a bottleneck to use an MKE 600 through DJI Mic 2 as a field recorder which would also double as a Lav for indoor shoots?
• DJI mic 2 with the included lav, this will let me mic both but it comes with 1 lav so the other mic will be clipped on... I'm also worried about the quality.
• We've done a few locations like this with good results, but the mics cut out pretty quickly and aren't really reliable when they're further than 10-20 meters from the camera. ... The DJI mics also have some wild delay and they sometimes...
