DHC Deep Cleansing Oil

for cleansers i'd go with an oil cleanser tbh, they're super gentle and don't strip your skin. i really like the dhc deep cleansing oil or the kose softymo speedy.

Oil cleanser for double cleansing (especially if they're SFs)—something like Kose Softymo or DHC Deep Cleansing Oil (both budget-friendly).

i haven't tried that specific neutrogena one but fwiw the DHC deep cleansing oil or the kose speedy cleansing oil are both really popular for SFs and affordable - the kose especially is like $10 for a huge bottle on amazon. both work just as well as balms imo, some people actually prefer oils because they spread easier.

DHC deep cleansing oil is also sold at Tj maxx and target but you’ll have to get a small version

i use the dhc deep cleansing oil and follow up with a gentle foam cleanser - the double cleanse method really gets everything off without the harsh wiping
