dakine has been my go-to for combo of organization, comfort and size feeling like it can handle everything but somehow not be the biggest thing in the world.
Generally I like dakine though, but I’m a snowboarder so I’m biased because I use their snowboard packs for riding.
Troy Lee Deisgns, Dakine and Fly also make nice gloves.
Dakine backpacks are great.
