Parent context: Why you guys need to complicate? Just take monohydrate 5-10gr daily and that's it. Better try to find some good brend and stick to it. Reply: I agree with you always try monohydrate creatine first. If you get a stomach ache and/or bloating then try creatine HCL. That should allow you to take it without those symptoms. It’s makes creatine easy on the stomach.
