Convoy T6

for that I'd rather get a T6. It's more pocketable and has probably very similar throw.

I'd never owned a Convoy before, but after seeing so many people recommend them here, I finally decided to give the T6 a try. I'm really impressed with it. It's easily one of my favorite 14500/1AA tail-switch lights now. The UI is especially nice.

budget wise, Convoy T3/T4/T5/T6 with NIMH AA batteries

T6 with SFT25R for throwing power.

The results are awesome. Giving this little emitter almost 5A makes the tiny light punch above its weight class, and I am really impressed by the performance from this small light.

I did test the 5000K version in a T6 using that exact same 3V 5A driver and it pushes out 1080 lumens on turbo.

Parent context: curious do you see any green tint? Reply: No green tint. Looks great.

ultimately picked this ti/copper combo T6. It checks all the boxes I had and was surprised on how small it was. Perfect for EDC. It’s really bright.
