Pros
- if you get all that + hydration in order and you still have cramping, try coq10.
- CoQ10, got better stamina and less fatigue
- CoQ10 on physically stressful day, adrenal steroid hormones--pregnenolone, DHEA--support for immune system's fight against virus infections--vitamin D, C, zinc acetate/gluconate lozenges, quercetin--melatonin for better sleep, magnesium...
- Parent context: I take 5mg as well. It’s more than enough to lower LDL. I started taking with 10 years, from genetic cholesterol problem. Reply: my primary doctor recommended CoQ10 for me when he started me on a statin about 15 years ago...
- Once they restore those levels (either through supplements or foods like organ meats and oily fish), their recovery, mood, and stamina start to bounce back.
Cons
- Hi, I have tried creatine and COQ10 (high quality version) without any improvement.
- However taking moderate amount(vitamin D - 1000IU, coQ10(ubiquinone) - 100mg) still gives me diarrhea badly.
- I tried COQ10 and it was kinda meh. It's also not cheap.

Although citicoline, coQ10, etc. help with lowering my BP somewhat , potassium bicarbonate works the best for lowering BP and anxiety.
Maybe add in CoQ10 if you’re feeling fancy, but otherwise, focus on sleep, exercise, and managing stress.
