Pros

• ClickUp is solid at tasking, but over time we hit the same wall: everything becomes *tasks talking to tasks*, and the “why” lives somewhere else (docs, Slack, Google Docs, your brain).
• I specially picked ClickUp for one of my previous teams because it had Notion-like document editing but with nice, fully featured task management as a core part of the product.
• I use clickup. If I were to implement this, I would set the year goal "hit $200K" as a Clickup Goal. Then the monthly milestone and weekly goals as clickup targets. the clickup targets are under the clickup goal, creating a hierarchy.

Cons

• Should be able to assign without notifications, I think ClickUp and Asana call them "Watchers".
• Looks like ClickUp and Slack had a baby!
• I also tried using ClickUp to manage 30–40 clients and 200–300 related products (B2B industry), but ClickUp is really weak when it comes to organizing information that’s scattered across different places.
