Claude code is actually pretty good at this. You probably could ask Claude Code to just read this post and make the adjustments suggested and it’ll do it
I have the M3 Pro and its a couple of years old now but it runs Claude Code and I am able to scrub through 4K footage like butter.

Small team here (~12 engineers), and at this point a big chunk of our code is written with AI agents — mostly Claude Code and Codex.
I have been using it for 6 months now as a Pro subscriber but looks like claude code is the only good thing. I can barely understand the difference between cowork, chat and code, except that code gets a lot of stuff done faster through coding.
When working across Claude Code, Cursor, or Freebuff CLI (which uses GLM 5.2 sessions), raw conversational prompts frequently suffer from context degradation after multiple roundtrips.
The caveat is if you start with Sonnet 5 (using the prompt and iterate method) you need to instruct the model to call on the "advisor" which is Opus 5. Often times, the advisor finds the gaps and blindspots after iterations which can be token intensive if you don't change the "verbose" setting to concise in Claude Code.
