Pros

  • The other option I would look at is the Casper Snow Max. It launched after I left working at Casper, but during the training calls they were really excited about this mattress and the kept referencing that Tempur-Pedic hug and that they...

  • I really like the Casper snow max
  • Specifically the Dream Max and Snow Max. I think the Dream and Snow (non-max) also have more of a memory foam feel, but I can’t say how any of them feel. ... they were really excited about the Max line.

Cons

  • i also bought a 10k mattress discounted to 4k. it was perfect in the store. but after 6 hrs at home it caused me pain (the middle of the mattress stayed firm but the head and shoulder area softens up!). they won't let me exchange it for...
  • Parent context: I'm really curious why you bought this mattress when it's quite clearly labelled as a 'medium/soft' on the website and not a firm? … Reply: I did not refer to the website when we bought this. We went into a store and trie...
  • Bottom line: if you need a mattress that stays firm, I’d stay far away from the Casper Snow Max. Expensive lesson learned on my end, but hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake.
  • My wife and I bought the Casper Snow Max King about a year and a half ago. When it first arrived, it felt amazing — firm, supportive, exactly what I was looking for. But after about 6 months, the firmness started fading… and it’s only go...

The other option I would look at is the Casper Snow Max. It launched after I left working at Casper, but during the training calls they were really excited about this mattress and the kept referencing that Tempur-Pedic hug and that they wanted to replicate that feeling.

Parent context: I'm really curious why you bought this mattress when it's quite clearly labelled as a 'medium/soft' on the website and not a firm? … Reply: I did not refer to the website when we bought this. We went into a store and tried every mattress and gave our preference. I certainly could have educated myself than I did but I mistook a human expert as replacement for forming my own opinion. As for the mattress sag, 6 months for a mattress changing feel completely doesn’t work unless the expectation is that you will not get the actual expected feel until after 6 months.

Parent context: We've had the Casper Snow Max for a few months and I'm loving it. I'm also a side and stomach (for falling asleep) and back sleeper. My partner experiences a lot of pain generally and really likes it too. Reply: That’s great to hear! This is definitely the winner so far for me, it’s just a little on the pricey side.

But also consider the Casper Snow Max. That one gives a very nice sinking in soft feeling. That would be my pick.
