Im honestly at a point that I would rather play Carcassonne for the 80th time pr San Juan for the 300th time with my SO than learning 40 pages of rules for a game I will only play once.
Parent context: As someone who's not been to Carcassonne, I've always wondered if the gift shops in Carcassonne stock the board game. Are they aware of their city's fame in our particular subculture? Reply: They are! At least when I was there around 10 years ago. Spotted a lot of the expansions too.
