Canon EOS 77D

Pros

• Comparing them to the 77D, which seems to be about the same as the T7i, feels slightly more comfortable to hold to me.
• A couple of weeks with a 77d, a worse camera in almost every spec, brought my creative spirit right back up.
• The difference between the two so far has been extremely noticeable and motivating to eventually get a full frame camera:)
• For reference I use a 77D and I'm a novice.

Cons

• I've finally decided to go mirrorless and I'm trying to decide on which camera to get next. ... I realize, btw, that the R7 is, in some ways, a newer version of my 77d.
• I upgraded to the R7 from the 77D after having problems with the old camera.
• Coming from a camera that had only two control dials (77D) and then getting a camera with three (R6 II), I still prefer the R7's layout.
• Great budget lens, I use one myself with my 77d.
