Canon EOS 1300D

Pros

• Heya, I’ve bought it and I really like it! It’s an awesome camera and gives me a more vintage vibe. Phones these days can produce sharper or “better” pictures, but they often lack the warmth and nostalgic feeling this camera can create.
• The 1300 is a basic but used well it gives excellent results
• If you see the camera not as a singular item but as an on-ramp into a hobby that has no recurring costs, and just ties up money until you liquidate it again, the 1300D is a perfect starting point.
• An entry level DSLR like the 1300D is more than appropriate to teach you the fundamentals. I'd say, for that price, go for it.
• it was my first camera so this is a bit biased, but i think its great to start out. i still use it occasionally and it holds up well. paired with the 50mm or 24mm pancake and youre golden for a while.

Cons

• I use a canon 1300d with the 18-55mm kit lens and I’m looking for a good lens that works well in low light.
• Currently I’m using Canon 1300D(I know it’s not something impressive 😃) and want to upgrade to a full frame.
• The four digit digital SLRs were all a scam from the factory. Basically two generation old hardware packaged in a "new" camera.
• Using a Canon 1300D.
