For travel, I have both the 24-105 F4 and 70-200 F4
I recently swapped out my RF 24-105 for the RF 24-105 F4 L. It's larger and heavier, but is sharper and more worth it to me, especially at sale/refurb prices of ~$899.
I upgraded to the L version but I wasn’t at all happy with the STM. Maybe had a poor copy, I don’t know, but I find the L a much better lens.

I don't think the 24-105 F4 is a big enough upgrade over the 18-150 to warrant an upgrade personally. It's far less range, not a substantial amount faster, and it's not sharper.
I love the 24-105 when travelling cos it’s very versatile. Used the 24-105 recently at a family event and got good pictures too.
Currently looking at 28-70 2.8 STM or 24-105 F4 which I could get longer term use out of.
I've recently picked up an RF 24-105 F4 L and was stunned with the results compared to my RF 24-105 F4-7.1.
It's quite versatile and Performa really well throughout it's range.
