By the Fireplace

Pros

• By The Fireplace. I have both and there are many similar to Jazz Club that eclipse it, but By The Fireplace is pretty unique
• They have a great line up for anything you might like (Jazz club for a non offensive Tobbaco scent, By the fireplace for a smoky vanilla, Never ending summer for a juicy citrus).
• The best part of By the Fireplace is that it's not sweet. I cannot stand sweet perfumes. Second best thing is that on paper it really smells like a burn wood, but on my skin it turned to magic.
• It’s a fragrance you absolutely need to try before you buy. I love it. It’s so unique and warm and lovely.
• I live in Colorado in the mountains and it smells exactly like a wildfire here with a tiny bit of sweetness. It was my favorite perfume until a few really bad wildfire seasons lmao.

Cons

• that's crazy bc i love sweet perfume but i think it's overly sweet. i keep it bc it's so nostalgic
• I do find it to be sweet, but not SWEET. I don't consider it a gourmand, though to me it does have a gourmand aspect to it, but it does not take over. I wish the smokiness were stronger on me. ... My only problem with it is that it gives...
• I like woody smokey, but think By the Fireplace is too sweet for me.
• To my nose it isn't all that smokey. It does smell like marshmallows, chestnuts and a bit of vanilla with a tiny bit of smoke.
• It smells like barbecue sauce on me 🙃
