Recently I tried watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. And while I enjoyed the first seasons, the characters started to get on my nerves. They constantly fight with each other, leave the group, do their own thing and whatever. Season 5 got really dark, which made my viewing experience pretty bad and I actually stopped watching because it got too depressing.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: A monster-of-the-week dramedy that's absolutely unique, and inspired our current golden age of tv. Joss Whedon's unique quippy dialogue makes the show worth it by itself, but it's also got great storylines, and much of show has worked its way into the cultural vernacular. A must-watch.

I really only knew her as Dawn from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her introduction to the cast was such a mindfuck.
for goodness sakes Buffy is what you’re looking for. I rewatch every few years, my nine year old niece binged all 7 seasons this year.
Yeah I imagine Buffy caters to a larger demographic than Gilmore Girls. What a show!
