japan does have some higher spf wipe options if you dig around - biore and shiseido have made them but theyre harder to find.
I've seen Biore recommended often but I'm not sure if this is the exact one or not.

I use to use biore but Australia doesn’t sell Asian sunscreens anymore so I recently switched to Mecca Save Face which is a bit over my budget but everything else I’ve tried has given me breakouts
The Asian ones tend to be more lighter, I like Hado Labo or Biore.
