BioGun

Pros

• Widely considered by windows 10 and 11 gamers to be one of the best ranged metroidvanias ever made. The music in the first trailer is the perfect introduction.
• I played it on my NVIDIA laptop so I didn’t really have any issues worth speaking of and didn’t have to fiddle with proton drivers. Definitely a certified banger in my book!
• Biogun is interesting because it is both a metroid-like and a hollow-like. It has the hollow knight healing system and snappy fast paced fights and equipment system but it has metroid ranged combat.
• It's not going to be buttery smooth but it runs much better than before and a little better than metroidvanias with unity stutter.
• For the few who have a windows pc with a dedicated Nvidia graphics card, this metroid-like has reportedly been one of the best metroidvanias ever made with a public reception better than metroid dread.

Cons

• a more budgety version of BioGun which is nonetheless nearly as positively recieved (by those who didn't have performance issues with BioGun).
• Wooo, was enjoying it a while back but started to hit a bad stutter, so had to stop
• Ugh I want to play BioGun but the performance is awful it takes forever to load after a screen transition.
• A hand drawn cartoony metroid-like that rivals the metroid series in how good the game is... or at least it would were it not for the disastrously bad game engine that this game has.
• It plays like a budget version of BioGun without the engine problems that have plagued that release.
