Bevel

Pros
- Especially with an app like Bevel or Athlytic it’s almost like a gamification of health and fitness although it’s way more important than that
- It also looks to be properly displayed in other health apps such as Bevel.
- Bevel is a great app and hypertension alerts isn’t something you track.
- WorkOutDoors, Bevel, Footpath, Overcast, Things and Endel are the third party apps I will always keep on my watch.
- Apple Health gives you metrics with no insight or suggestions. Bevel takes those metrics and makes it actionable. It’s been great for building muscle for me, significant results.
Cons
- Some of the features are a bit gimmicky like Energy bank which is meant to reflect your ‘body battery’ as the day goes on etc.,
- how is that bevel app useful? what does it provide? just random recovery and battery metrics it seems
- I assume Bevel also found it hard to get people to pay for a product that basically just shows the data we already have in Apple health in fancier graphs.
- listening to my body is far more reliable than anything that Athlytic, GS, Bevel, The Outsiders, PeakWatch, FitIV, or any of the others out there say.
- their nutrition score is such hogwash

At this point bevel should be your go to health and fitness app.
