Bepanthen

++ when I was on tret I switched to smthn like cetaphil or cerave with 0 actives, and used bepanthen or a very bland moisturizer, I couldn't risk any actives contributing to my purging, that way your giving your current medication an opportunity to work at its maximum potential.

I used bepanthen on all my tattoos (its one of those baby ointments) it has vitamin B5/panthenol. I also use it as a lipgloss. I dont go anywhere without it.

und ganz wichtig: Bepanthen oder Zinksalbe/Vaseline, damit die Stelle geschützt bleibt

sometimes I'll have a couple of small eczema patches in these same spots and only in these instances I use my heavy eczema cream from Bepanthen on my face.

Then before I go to bed I use vaseline or bepanthen but I find that bepanthen gives me the best results. It's a very thick diaper cream.
