Pros
- honestly 2.5% works just as well as 10% with way less irritation. the neutrogena stubborn acne one is solid
- PM: * Cleanser * **Benzoyl peroxide 2.5%** (thin layer, only on breakouts, every other night) * Moisturizer after 10–15 mins * Hydrocolloid patches only on whiteheads
Cons
- Probably find a more gentle moisturiser without active like BP as that can further irritate raw skin after cosmetic procedures, maybe even wash your face with just warm water for a few nights to let your post-procedure skin heal? I’d ski...
- PM - cera ve hydrating cleanser - benzoyl peroxide 2.5% - cera ve moisturising lotion
- I agree that the area looks a bit irritated, benzoyl peroxide 2.5% can be a bit harsh, IMHO
- i use the dokdo gentle cleanser, adapalene .1% and just recently started benzoyl peroxide 2.5%, as well as the cerave daily moisturizer.
- Current treatment (4 months): Adapalene (0.1%) and Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%). I still have this horrible, grainy texture.

I’d skip on the retinol in that area too as retinol is irritating to begin with. You can apply it to the rest of your face if you’d like, just avoid the actual procedure area cuz increased irritation can lead to the area scarring.
