I have an EDGE and seriously thinking of buying a second one. in terms of sound, EDGE sounds colder but for my purpose (experimental, industrial techno style) is perfect. so far I didn't have any issues with patching and the structure holds pretty well. I don't know how the filters sound on DFAM but on EDGE, they are fantastic and I think you can get a larger range of sounds with EDGE.

Edge is way better than Chrome nowadays. People still using Chrome are the ones holding onto a sinking ship. I've switched to Edge over five years ago and never looked back. Before I used Firefox but some web apps just not working with it made me have to use a chromium based browser nonetheless and someday I just said fuck it, I'm uninstalling it and I'll just use Edge. Resource management of Edge is miles ahead due to it being deeply rooted in the OS, so it's able to do way better management than third party Browsers.
Delete Edge, widgets, News, Copilot.

we are a full windows shop, and just use edge, chrome is blocked all together. Cuts down on resources and updates.
I tested in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. The behavior is slightly less noticeable in FF, more of a streching and snapping effect.
Edge support on Mac is good but not as good as it is on Windows.
