Cons

• I am technically grinding at an Aeropress setting on a brand-new Encore ESP Pro to pull fast aeropress shots on my Bambino. Is my grinder misaligned? Is this a known issue with the new Pro model factory calibration?
• But then, Baratza (owned by Breville) indeed came out with the Baratza Encore ESP Pro grinder 3 months ago . . . . ;)

• I lean towards the ESp Pro but mainly because I can buy it using credit card points from crate & barrel. Some of the reviews here have made me nervous about that one though, mainly clogging issues
