I’ve done something along those lines albeit for a wildly different autoimmune condition with skin involvement, although if memory serves I did make occasional use of spritzes of avene thermal water and “washed” my face every so often with colloidal/super finely ground oatmeal (just bc that was the least irritating thing I could think of + I wanted some means of very gentle exfoliation to avoid dermatitis neglecta or things along those lines). No great rationale for the thermal water, it just felt nice and also seemed highly unlikely to be irritating.
