  • The LRP glycerin skin protectant and the Avene Cicalifate serum were recommended by Dr. Dray as a good way to calm reactive skin and the Aveeno Oat serum is recommended by Dr. Sam Ellis.

I have tried a variety of actives, all which have worsened texture and caused small red spots as pictured. Then when I switch to a more barrier healing routine, I experience the exact same issues. I have dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and would love to improve texture and dryness, though not sure how to do this and not sure what is currently up with my skin. I’ve stripped back my routine, currently use Naturium niacinimide cleanser, aveeno oat serum and Freederm clearing oil-free moisturiser.
