Pros
- AutoSleep hands down. Tracks everything automatically and gives solid sleep stage breakdowns.
- Auto Sleep is much better than the built in sleep tracking. see where it says Adjust? Tap that and choose what you think corresponds to your sleep. keep adjusting for a few days until you think it’s right, then you’ll find it’s relativel...
- With Auto Sleep, you can tap Adjust, and get it closer to what you think your sleep was. You can then tap Day/Edit to exclude periods when it thinks you were sleeping. As you refine it, it gets better, though it still shows me as sleepin...

- AutoSleep, HeartWatch, Just Press Record, WristTube, WorkOutDoors
Cons
- more/other sleep input than the AutoSleep app I already have going on, etc.
- Autosleep uses the data provided by Apple, it is just messing about with the raw data that it gets and presenting it in a different way. Neither are perfect but I would trust the Apple data that has been studied and researched far more t...
- It’s made by the same developer as AutoSleep, which does a similar trick with Sleep data, but AutoSleep interprets motion differently and adds data for time in bed and overwrites Apple Sleep.
- I find myself irritated with the amount I have to adjust AutoSleep in the morning because it either thinks I went to bed three hours before I did or three hours after. I keep meaning to turn off its ability to write data so it doesn’t...
- I used to use AutoSleep but recently it’s given results that are way off. I tried adjusting it but a setting that works one day is miles out the next. Disappointing.

Auto Sleep is much better than the built in sleep tracking. see where it says Adjust? Tap that and choose what you think corresponds to your sleep. keep adjusting for a few days until you think it’s right, then you’ll find it’s relatively acurate.
With Auto Sleep, you can tap Adjust, and get it closer to what you think your sleep was. You can then tap Day/Edit to exclude periods when it thinks you were sleeping. As you refine it, it gets better, though it still shows me as sleeping often when I watch TV. You cannot edit anything in the Health app with Apple's sleep tracking, so Auto Sleep is much better, IMO.

I personally use Autosleep. Their Readiness score is pretty damn accurate to how I feel waking up. It uses waking pulse and waking HRV.
Sleep++ is also a good one. I use it and AutoSleep, and like it a bit better.
I’ve noticed that most people recommend AutoSleep, but in almost all the reviews, they mention choosing it mainly because it’s a one-time purchase.
