Pros

  • Athlytic gives you the equivalent of Garmin’s HRV status, training readiness, recovery, and load
  • I just use the built in Sleep Tracking and Athlytic.
  • Especially with an app like Bevel or Athlytic it’s almost like a gamification of health and fitness although it’s way more important than that
  • If you want to track health stuff: Bevel or Athlytic
  • I actually use all 3 (Athlytic, Livity and zolt), like them all for different reasons, so very hard to choose!

Cons

  • yeah i had a similar issue with athlytic vs. gentler streak giving totally different recs.
  • I have been in bed since last Saturday with Covid and everyday GS says that I am prime for a strong effort because I am outside my training zone. I have several apps through family sharing but they all say different things. I find that t...
  • When my cold began and I was beginning to feel very lacking in energy, Athlytic said I was good to go.
  • Today they gave completely opposite advice: Athlytic- fatigued; Gentler streak - ready for a strong effort. Actually I’m recovering from a cold so certainly not ready for a big effort. I’m probably going to ditch both.
  • I'm a heavy Bevel fan (came from Athlytic).

I have been in bed since last Saturday with Covid and everyday GS says that I am prime for a strong effort because I am outside my training zone. I have several apps through family sharing but they all say different things. I find that the Health app and HealthFit are the only apps I need, listening to my body is far more reliable than anything that Athlytic, GS, Bevel, The Outsiders, PeakWatch, FitIV, or any of the others out there say.
