I had a negative experience with them as well. Their whole mission is to make it easier for PCOS patients to get care but it was quite the opposite for me.

From what I remember, my biggest concern was that they falsely advertised how quickly the first appt would be. At the time, when you paid to book, someone would reach out to actually schedule a slot but they barely responded to messages. Finally they let me know the appt would be weeks out.

Despite their marketing about personalized care, I was given two choices: **Birth Control or Accutane.** When I asked about supplements, food sensitivity testing, or gut health, I was told those would be a "waste of time and money."

Allara talks a big game about holistic health, but in my experience, they just offer the same band-aid solutions you'd get at any walk-in clinic.

If you think that using Telehealth medical care is going to be quicker than traditional in office, you're wrong (like I was!).

When I asked about them, the provider dismissed them as "normal for most women" and insisted my hormones/thyroid were fine.

I signed up for Allara because they market themselves as a way to fix the root cause of hormonal issues. My experience was the exact opposite.
