I carried the Acebeam P17 for a long time, which was basically the premium version of that light (same LED, same head diameter). I find the light output from that LED (when driven well) in that size of a reflector to be pretty well balanced between flood and throw. It's a very good all-rounder, but I think I would've preferred the control scheme on the TS23. The P17 was simple but clunky.

The only thing that's remotely pocket sized... That can do that are convoy m21h, m21e, m21f, with an xhp 70.2 or 70.3 led Also acebeam p17
If you want better quality Acebeam P17
The closest you’ll get to those specs is the Acebeam P17. It actually sustains its claimed outputs to the 30 second ANSI FL1 point, but will also step down around one minute, though less dramatically than the EDC35 does.
