I haven't had cow milk in 10+ years and I love unsweetened soy milk. It's the only one with a protein value similar to cow milk.

Soy milk has very healthy protein in abundance. Some have less added sugar than others.

Nutritionally, soy milk is excellent. 7-8g protein per cup, 3 or 4g fat I think, and like 3g fiber. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but I got used to it pretty quickly, and now I love it.

Soy milk is the only non-dairy milk my nutritionist recommends (other than hemp but that’s pricey). It’s the most nutritionally complete.

I use both cows milk and soy milk. I use soy milk with oats, coffee, cereals, smoothies, protein shakes, baking no problem. I find it as creamy as regular milk.

I've had best results with cashew milk, but oat milk will do in a pinch.

I like oat milk! It's one of the most environmentally sustainable plant based milks.

Soy milk is closest to dairy nutritionally (almond and oat have barely any protein).
