Day 3 - Shimanami Kaido Pick up bikes and forward luggage (ideally) by 9:00 and start cycle. Stop as needed, but main "must see" locations are all at or nearby to Kousanji Temple.

Moab and the surrounding area is my jam.

Moab and the surrounding area is my jam. When I first did the hike to Delicate Arch back in 2014, there were no major trails, no rails, nada. Just some cairns. It's much more developed now, at least when I did the same hike in 2022.

From there, do Moab, Capital Reef, Bryce and Zion. If you have not done this section of the world, you are missing out and it makes no sense to drive all this way and miss these areas.

Definitely prioritize Moab over weekdays wherever possible, and get into the park early.
