i would suggest go for atom 2, it's quite similar with 4k but with several dji mini pro features such as Ai. tracking, cruise control, P-log.

I have several ATOM 1 and ATOM 2 drones, and they record in 4K, so the video is super clear and smooth.

Seems atom 2 has certain feature that mini 3's don't Ai modes, and cruise mode.

Shot on the same flight path using Waypoints with a DJI Flip drone.

My DJI flip is really easy and they’re available used for a couple hundred. OfferUp has lots of them and they aren’t up to spec for modern camera drones really, but if you look into it it’s got a couple control modes including voice.

Dji Flip is what you are looking for. Less than 250g, automatic modes, 3-axis gimbal (perfect stabilization). As something simple for travel, better than the neo 1 or 2. It has functions that the mini 4/5 does not have and is cheaper.

I have the Flip and the 4k. 4k was my first drone but if I had to do it over again I'd just get the Flip. It's basically better in every way and has prop guards. The 4k is by no means a bad drone, I just think you get more bang for your buck with the Flip.

Wind currents over the water, especially if you’re near cliffs like in the picture above can be unpredictable and with a small drone like the flip that could maybe cause an issue. Also reflections off the water can cause the landing sensors to get disoriented.
