Path of the Gods vs Bryce Canyon National Park

Parent context: From the "scary and exciting" Naples, you can hike Vesuvius or, for a more ambitious day trip, take on the Path of the Gods along the Amalfi Coast. Reply: 100% And that name isn’t even an exaggeration. The first time I did the hike, it was a cloudy day, so at the start of the trail in Bomerano we were completely enveloped in fog. Then, at some point, the mist began to clear, revealing the blue waters and the coastline far below. Everything looked so tiny from our towering vantage point and we truly felt like gods gazing down at the earth from our place among the clouds.

Path of the Gods was awesome though.

If you're into fitness/hiking, POTG was really fun. We did the hike, starting at Agerola and finished in Positano. ... Hike difficulty wasn't too bad, although the hike ends with ~1,800 stairs down into Positano which was quite an experience.

I really enjoyed hiking the loop and starting early around 7-8.

If you aren’t staying over or doing the Path of the Gods hike, floating past on water gets you the picturesque image and the beach club is a more fun way to enjoy the day than fighting hordes of people.

Fly to Vegas and hit the 5 National Parks in southern Utah (Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches) in order then drop down into Arizona and hit Monument Valley,Antelope Canyon+ Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon on your way back to Vegas.

stop at Bryce Canyon VC (30m), Rim Trail Hike (52m), Inspiration Points Hike (2h), Paria View for sunset (52m)

From there, do Moab, Capital Reef, Bryce and Zion. If you have not done this section of the world, you are missing out and it makes no sense to drive all this way and miss these areas.

Cheap flights to Vegas, rent a car, stay in St George or Hurricane for Zion NP, then over to Bryce and/or Arches, loop back down through Page and see Grand Canyon, then back to Vegas.

Bryce isn't as hardcore, and honestly you can enjoy it even just driving to overlooks.
