Patagonia Torrentshell often goes on sale at different outdoor retailers and it’s a decent choice.
Torrentshell is a great and proper hardshell with high quality and durability considering the price. The pit zips for venting are exactly what you'd want. It's not the lightest and it doesn't have the fanciest features. The front pockets aren't waterproof and not compatible with climbing harness.
I've become fan of the Patagonia Torrentshell. A durable proper hardshell with large pit zips for venting. The pockets aren't suited for use with a climbing harness and the hood doesn't fit over a helmet. It's less than 1/4 of the price of the one you listed and will perform about just as good in almost all hiking situations.
Can vouch for the torrentshell being light and waterproof for multiple years.
Torrentshell is great at keeping you dry and hardy
