For completely zero rainbow it will still be epson. There's also color drift, laser speckle, dithering and metamerism issue that's not an issue on Epson too.

If you can afford jvc, epson and sony, just get them. The only reason you hear about the likes of xgimi, valerion, nexigo etc is due to price. They are significantly cheaper and perform ~80% of jvc, sony, epson.

Don't get the LG ones. They break after the warranty expires and gave me such a hassle trying to have it fix.
Sometimes I use Poweramp on the V20 but I mostly use the Retro Nano's onboard EQ which I configure either using the browser or the app (they're finnicky but they're okay I guess... you can save up to 3 custom profiles on it)
LG has one model. Around 440 lts. Bought it for my parents. It's been going strong with no complaints.
If it is a big one, buy lg or samsung.
