The only blade that I can consistently get to shave No. 3 with and not have pulling is BIC Chrome Platinum.
Also right up there are BIC Chrome Platinum.
Go with the BIC Chrome Platinum, but also look for several different Gillette brands: PermaSharp, Nacet, Silver Blue, and 7 O’Clock yellow. All are top quality blades.
Also look for BIC Chrome Platinum or Treet Platinum. Any of those blades will serve you well.
BIC Chrome Platinum... Any of those blades should work.

I bought a Merkur 37c, and love everything about it. The handle is great. The weight is great. And I am comfortable the shave is much smoother both while shaving and in the final result.
If you want to try something a little different, but not radically different, look at a Merkur 37c. Its form factor is the same as the 34c, but the head is a slant head. It will give you a closer shave than the 34, with no drop in smoothness or ease of use.
before I got the Rocca, for years I used a Merkur 37c. It’s a slant and works wonders on 2, 3, or 4 days’ growth. It’s less than half the cost of the Rocca, and is truly stellar on 2-4 day stubble.
When you decide to try “something more aggressive,” look at the Merkur 37c. It has the same form factor as the 34c, but uses a slant head. I find it to be incredibly smooth both in the shave itself as well as in the result.
My suggestion to you is the Merkur 37c. It feels just like the 34, but is more aggressive. No learning curve; you shave with it just like you shave with your 34, and yet it yields a closer shave.
