I'm currently using Atriums and love the combination of good imaging, deep low-end and wide-ish soundstage (about as wide as my ears allow headphones to go), but the weight is not ideal.
Parent context: And the ZMF Atrium. I can vouch, although I’d say the atriums have a tad bit less midrange forwardness than the 6xx with the stock mesh and a lot less with the solid mesh. They really are phenomenal. Reply: They really are phenomenal.
I currently have Focal Clears, HD800s, ZMF atrium and aeolus, and Rosson RAD-0's, all bought used without a single issue for 40-50% less than retail.
There are a few headphones that are a step up like the ZMF atrium but thats like 6X the price
I’ve tried out ZMF cans, which IMO do this type of tune better all around... Atrium for dynamic.
