The FP-10 is a fair bit more advanced than the P45 which is now a decade old and really should only be recommended as a very budget instrument to look into.
The onboard speakers are trash.
fp10 and p45 are both good options, but i’d go for the yamaha just because it’s my preferred one.
If you are serious about your child learning the piano, then shell out the couple hundred dollars to get your piano tuned or instead purchase a digital piano like a yamaha p45.

Yamaha P-45 is a good shout. Although it's discontinued, retailers are still selling off old stock cheaply. With that you have 88 weighted full sized keys and some decent (if vanilla) piano/electric piano samples. It's a well regarded classic, though light on features compared to more recent models.
Yamaha P45 starts at 350 euro or my preference Kawai ES60 for about 400 euro.
I have been practicing on a Yamaha P-45 for almost a decade and it definitely holds me back in terms of technique.
