Wool (Hugh Howey)

“Wool” by Hugh Howey… super fast paced, super human, and the whole silo society thing gets in your head in the best dystopian way.

Wool by Hugh Howey is a sci-fi mystery thriller about an underground post apocalyptic city coming apart at the seams after the sheriff asks to be let out. A hefty book that is a total page turner, as pov's shift and you can see the car crash that is coming.

Wool feels ok when it's wet. Or dry. It's just a really good fabric, it's been with humanity since ancient times, and it's not filling our oceans with microplastics.

Came here to recommend this, the series is Wool, Shift, Dust by Hugh Howey. I will say it starts with >!a plot line around infertility and there is one kind of sudden child death later on,!< but those points go fast and generally there's almost nothing related to children.

Wool+ is a wonderful brand

Wool is extremely repairable. If you have a coat constructed properly of high-quality wool, it can last you your lifetime with reasonable wear.

Hugh Howey's **Wool**. Set very far after the apocalypse, it's the first in his Silo series. He writes incredibly descriptive imagery.

Came here to scream Wool from the rooftops. I liked Scythe a lot, but I LOVE Wool.
